Case Recruiting

Recruiting for Plastics, Packaging, Cable, and Industrial Manufacturing

Companies in these industries face real pressure when a key role opens. Production slows. Teams feel the strain. Everyone loses valuable time when candidates are not aligned with the work.

Recruiting

You should not have to waste hours sorting through resumes or interviewing people who were never a fit in the first place. You deserve a recruiter who understands your world and can find people who can make an immediate impact.

That is what I focus on every day.

Recruiting

Plastics Manufacturing

I support companies involved in injection molding, extrusion, blow molding, sheet, film, thermoforming, and other plastics processes. Because I have worked inside this environment, I understand the pace, the equipment, the expectations, and the realities of leading a plastics operation. I screen candidates for hands on understanding, problem solving ability, leadership strength, and the experience needed to succeed in these roles.

Rigid, flexible, and specialty packaging require a mix of technical knowledge, customer awareness, and production experience. I screen directly for the background needed to work with materials, converting, processing equipment, and performance requirements.

Cable manufacturing requires a strong understanding of the product, process, designs, and customer needs. I look for candidates who have worked with these processes and can communicate clearly with both internal teams and customers.

Compounding roles often require experience with materials, additives, pigments, color, or application support. My conversations with candidates go far deeper than checking a list of skills. I look for people who understand the material science, the process, and how their work connects to customer applications.
Suppliers of resins, additives, color, concentrates, and similar materials rely on people who combine technical understanding with strong communication skills. I screen for both. These roles often require field support, troubleshooting, and customer facing conversations, and I evaluate candidates directly for that.
Beyond plastics and cable, I work with companies across industrial markets when the roles require similar technical or leadership experience. If the position connects to production, materials, process understanding, or commercial work tied to manufacturing performance, I can help.

The CASE industry and plastics industry go hand in hand. Crossover of skills and career paths continue to increase. having a polymer background provides the same value as in the plastics industry.

Why Industry Focus Matters

It is difficult to feel confident about a hire when the recruiter does not understand your industry.

Companies should be able to work with a recruiter who respects their time and understands the work their team performs every day.

What industry focus allows me to do:

  • Ask deeper questions and evaluate real experience
  • Understand materials, processes, and team dynamics
  • Identify whether someone fits the pace of the role
  • Deliver candidates who can contribute on day one
